Volunteers of all ages are welcome at Cathedral Home for Children. Confidentiality agreements are required for all volunteers. Volunteers spending time in our programs for more than one event/activity are required to complete an orientation, a TB skin test, background check, reference checks and a drug screening.
Those requesting volunteer work to meet court ordered community service requirements will be evaluated on a case by case basis and must write a letter requesting the community service opportunity to the Cathedral Home Executive Director, submitted via the HR Department, and must include the reason for the request (offense committed), the number of hours requested, and the date the court has mandated the hours be completed.
There are a variety of ongoing volunteer opportunities in all programs associated with Cathedral Home. Specific opportunities are also listed on the ServeWyoming.org website.
