Our Services

Our team is available 24/7 to answer questions, offer support, provide resource coordination, and present practical steps to navigate crises.

  • Our crisis center is available 24/7/365 to offer support and solutions for youth & families. We value promoting self-efficacy, autonomy, and choices in the care process.

  • Youth services are tailored to each individual and often include a shelter stay for youth (0-17). Intake plans are driven by each client and their family to identify and address the crisis and long-term needs.

We regularly complete assessments to further identify needs, develop a focused treatment plan and provide individual and family counseling.

  • This community-based program provides 24-hour supervision and support to youth in a safe home-like setting. While living in the group home, youth are involved in day-to-day activities, such as preparing meals, cleaning, attending school, and planning and participating in group activities.

We are trauma-responsive and prioritize safety in a comfortable setting where youth receive individualized support to help address their needs. During this process, parents and caregivers are supported in learning new strategies to support a successful transition home.

  • We offer coaching and skill-building activities to support young people while strengthening their life skills as they transition into adulthood. We focus on one-on-one individualized coaching to help young adults develop skills including seeking employment, exploring educational opportunities, securing housing, and connecting them to community resources.

Services are offered to any youth who wishes to participate, with additional resources available to young adults between 14-20 years old (Chafee eligible) who have previously been in a court-ordered, out-of-home placement.

  • We offer respite care to support family resiliency and unity by offering ongoing therapeutic breaks. Our Crisis Counselor coordinates this service in collaboration with the child and family.

Families lead the process in partnership with their support system which may include; community-based mental health providers, other relevant providers, and when applicable the Department of Family Services (DFS).

  • The safe exchange program offers services designed to facilitate positive, safe custodial exchanges between parents or guardians.

When there is a potential for safety issues or conflict during custodial exchanges, safe exchange offers a safe and neutral alternative.

  • We offer a voluntary diversion program for young adults 18-25 years of age who have qualifying charges being processed through Circuit Court. Youth are referred by the County Attorney’s Office with the intent to divert them from further involvement with the legal system.

Participation and successful completion of the program presents the possibility for the dismissal of charges.
