  • We’re a nonprofit organization based in Laramie, Wyoming, dedicated to supporting youth and families through mental health services, crisis intervention, and community-based resources. Since 1910, we’ve served communities across Wyoming — and we’re proud to welcome clients from neighboring states like Nebraska and South Dakota as well.

    Whether you're experiencing a mental health challenge, a family crisis, or just need someone to talk to, our team is here with care, resources, and real solutions. We offer:

    Clinical Counseling & Mental Health Support

    Individual, family, and group therapy for anyone—not just youth—both in person and via telehealth.

    Crisis Prevention + Intervention

    Our Laramie Youth Crisis Center is open 24/7 to provide safe shelter, emergency services, group home care, and immediate support when you need it most.

    WYO Text Line

    A free, confidential text line for anyone in Wyoming who needs someone to talk to. Just text “WYO” to 741741 anytime, day or night.

    Resources for Families

    Parenting support, family case coordination, life skill building, connection to community resources, and compassionate guidance—because no one should have to figure it all out alone.

    Residential Treatment

    For youth ages 12-17 who need a higher level of care. A safe, structured environment with round-the-clock support, therapy, education, life skills, and individualized care.

    No matter your story, you don’t have to go through it alone. We’re here to listen. We’re here to help.

  • Looking for our administration building, counseling offices, residential treatment program, horse therapy arena, or specialized education center? All are located on our main campus at 4989 N. 3rd Street, Laramie, WY 82072. If you arrive on campus and need help finding your way around, just come in the front door of the Biegert Administration Building, and our friendly front desk team will be happy to direct you.

    We also operate the Laramie Youth Crisis Center, located at 960 N. 5th Street, and the Community Resource Center, located at 515 S. 5th Street.

  • If you or someone you know is in crisis, you’re not alone. The Laramie Youth Crisis Center is open and staffed 24/7/365. Call (307) 742-6936 to speak with a crisis counselor, or visit in-person at 960 N. 5th Street.

    You can also text WYO to 741741 for free, confidential mental health support via text or dial 988 to reach the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

    Hours: Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM

  • Clinical counseling for anyone - not just youth - both in person and via telehealth.

    Location: Biegert Administration Building, 4989 N. 3rd Street, Laramie, WY 82072

    Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-4PM (after-hours appointments will be coordinated with your counselor)
